SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is calculated based on the distance and weight of ordered products. We currently do not offer residential shipping for single bags of product, deliveries are carried out by the ton.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Bags of pellets will be replaced if there are any irregularities in the way the pellet burns or if they are damaged. To have your pellets replaced, simply bring the affected bag(s) to either our Grants or Albuquerque locations and they will be exchanged.
